Early Park Entry Pass

• Guests with a valid park ticket who purchase an Early Park Entry Pass can enter Shanghai Disneyland up to one hour prior to the published park opening time. Daily opening time may be adjusted. Please check the Park Hours in advance on the Shanghai Disney Resort official website or App.
• The designated Early Park Entry Pass entrance will close after the on-day published park opening time. Early Park Entry Pass guests who arrive after the published park opening time will be seen to have waived their Early Park Entry Pass privileges. Guests who purchase an Early Park Entry Pass are advised to arrive at the designated queue at the Main Entrance 90 minutes before the published park opening time in order to leave enough time for the security check and to fully enjoy the privileges of the Early Park Entry Pass.

• Select Attractions available during early entry, may include: Soaring Over the Horizon, TRON Lightcycle Power Run, Jet Packs, Peter Pan's Flight, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Hunny Pot Spin, Pirates of the Caribbean - Battle for the Sunken Treasure, Roaring Rapids, Woody's Roundup.
  - The number of open attractions is subject to availability on the day. (The number of open attractions may vary from day to day due to scheduled maintenance or other unforeseen circumstances).
  - We reserve the right to offer alternative attractions for guests holding an Early Park Entry Pass.
  
  
• Select Merchandise Shops available upon entry, may include: Intergalactic Imports, Hundred Acre Goods, and Doubloon Market. Other Merchandise Shops and Food & Beverage locations shall open according to the published park opening time.
  - The number of open Merchandise Shops is subject to availability on the day.
  - We reserve the right to offer alternative Merchandise Shops for guests holding an Early Park Entry Pass.

• An Early Park Entry Pass does not include admission privileges as tickets or Annual Passes to Shanghai Disneyland. Please purchase the Shanghai Disneyland admission ticket via the resort’s official online channels and official travel partners’ channels, as onsite ticket booths will remain closed.
• Guests must possess valid park admission credentials for certain visitation day (purchased tickets, or successfully registered General Admission Tickets or Annual Passes) before purchasing Early Park Entry Pass for the same visitation day.
• Each Early Pass Entry Pass can only be used by the guest whose Annual Pass or ticket is linked with the product. If the Early Park Entry Pass user’s ID document does not match the ID document of the park ticket or Annual Pass holder, the Early Park Entry Pass will not be accepted. Please select the correct ticket or Annual Pass holder when purchasing.
• Guests can purchase an Early Park Entry Pass up to 168 hours (7 days, starting between 00:01 to 00:10 am China Time) in advance of the visitation day. Details are subject to the available date displayed at the time of purchase, subject to availability. Purchase or usage of the Early Park Entry Pass may not be available on certain special dates. No purchase will be permitted after 30 minutes prior to the published park opening time on the day of the guest’s visit. Guests who purchase an Early Park Entry Pass within one hour prior to the published park opening time on the day of visit may not fully enjoy the privileges of the Early Park Entry Pass.
• The price of an Early Park Entry Pass varies by date, and the price of an Early Park Entry Pass, if still available, may fluctuate on the date of your visit. Guests may purchase an Early Park Entry Pass based on the price published on official channels at the time of purchase, subject to availability. Guests are advised to purchase in advance. Children under the age of 3 years old on the day of their visit do not require an Early Park Entry Pass when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Each guest is required to provide the number of their Valid Government ID (Mainland China Guests are required to use their PRC Resident ID Card . Hong Kong China and Macao China Guestsare required to use a Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, PRC Travel Documents or Mainland Residence Permits for Hong Kong and Macao Residents. Taiwan China guests are required to use a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents. Other guests are required to use a valid foreign passport or PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card.) and mobile phone number when placing their order. Identity information linked with park tickets or Annual Passes will be synchronized by default and cannot be changed. Full payments must be made at the time of booking.
• Each valid park admission credential (for each guest)can only be used to purchase one Early Park Entry Pass for the corresponding visitation day. Up to five guests can be added into one visiting group. Guests in the same visiting group should gather together before using the Early Park Entry Passes.
• At least one guest per group must be aged 16 years or older.

• When you arrive at Shanghai Disney Resort, please redeem your Early Park Entry Pass at the designated queue at the Main Entrance by presenting a Cast Member with your Early Park Entry Pass QR code. Screenshots or other images showing the Early Park Entry Pass QR code will not be accepted.
• All guests booked to enjoy the Early Park Entry Pass must enter the park at the same time in instances where multiple passes are reserved using the same government-issued ID. Once the Early Park Entry Pass QR code has been redeemed, all the Early Park Entry Passes under the same order are considered used including the benefits.
• The Early Park Entry Pass is valid for one time use only. No re-entry will be permitted during pre-opening hours, and once the Early Park Entry Pass has been redeemed, all the Early Park Entry Passes under the same order are considered used including the benefits.

• An Early Park Entry Pass is valid for use on the selected usage date only. Usage dates for Early Park Entry Passes can only be modified twice with a new pass of equal value, and the eligibility to replace is based on availability; date changes must occur 48 hours prior to 00:00am on the original date of the entitlement (e.g. If you have bought a ticket for January 4, you will have until midnight on January 1st to change the visit date.). Please make sure that the date of your Shanghai Disneyland admission ticket is the same as that of your Early Park Entry Pass.

• Benefits of the Early Park Entry Pass are restricted to guests who redeem the Early Park Entry Pass. Unless otherwise provided by law, all benefits of the Early Park Entry Pass are non-transferable and non-refundable without our permission.

• Guests can only enter the park on the day selected at the time of the ticket purchasing. Each guest must bring and present the original physical copy of the Valid Government ID used at the time of ticket or Annual Pass purchase (Mainland China guests are required to bring and present their PRC Resident ID Card. Hong Kong China and Macao China guests are required to bring and present their Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents. Taiwan China Guests are required to bring and present their Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents. Other guests are required to bring and present their valid foreign passport or PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card number.) before entering the park through the main entrance of the park. The original copy of your Valid Government ID is the only admission to the park. Copies in any form or a digital version will not be accepted.

The Early Park Entry Pass does not include a Shanghai Disneyland admission ticket. Guests must have purchased and associated a park admission ticket or an Annual Pass in the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App before purchasing an Early Park Entry Pass.

• An Early Park Entry Pass does not include admission privileges to Shanghai Disneyland. The price, terms and conditions, and entitlements of the Early Park Entry Pass may change. Other restrictions may apply.
• We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by any WeChat app or Shanghai Disney Resort Official App error which is not attributable to our fault or caused by any unauthorized duplication or sale of Early Park Entry Pass. The price of an Early Park Entry Pass does not change if any of the attractions or merchandise shops are temporarily suspended or closed. Please pay attention to the attractions’ real-time status displayed on the Tip Board at Shanghai Disneyland.
• Please queue up and enter the designated entrance at the Main Entrance for Early Park Entry Pass holders. Please make sure all party members in the same order are present at the time of entry. Guests will be required to scan their Early Park Entry Pass QR code in order to enter the priority entrance channel. Please note, only the original QR code from the Shanghai Disney Resort Official WeChat account or the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App will be accepted. Screenshots or other images of the QR code will not be accepted. The Park reserves the right to refuse entry if a guest presents an invalid QR code.
• Each guest is required to purchase or possess park tickets or annual pass and present the original physical copy of ID document (Mainland China guests are required to bring and present their PRC Resident ID Card. Hong Kong China and Macao China guests are required to bring and present their Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents. Taiwan China Guests are required to bring and present their Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents. Other guests are required to bring and present their valid foreign passport or PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card number.) before entering the park through the main entrance of the park.
• We may from time to time, change the operating hours of the Park or any Park attraction, close the Park or any part of it to the general public temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program.
• We reserve the right to allow guests who do not hold an Early Park Entry Pass to also enter the park before the published park opening time when deemed necessary.
• In instances of inclement weather, Early Park Entry Pass will still commence. We encourage our guests to dress accordingly.
• We may photograph, film, videotape and/or record in the Park at any time. Guests’ entry into the Park constitutes guests’ consent to be filmed, photographed and/or recorded, and to our use of these images and/or sound recordings, which may capture your likeness and/or voice, for our internal business, administrative and operational purposes or other directly related purposes, for the purposes of meeting legal, safety or security requirements, or for other legitimate purposes. Guests are responsible for the security and protection of their personal belongings at all times. Admission to Shanghai Disneyland is subject to Park Rules and Regulations as posted on our website (www.shanghaidisneyresort.com/en/rules).
• These terms and conditions are subject to change. If there are mandatory requirements stated in the laws otherwise, then related ordinances will be followed. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “we” means either or both of “Shanghai International Theme Park Company Limited” and “Shanghai International Theme Park and Resort Management Company Limited”.

• For specific available dates or other information about Early Park Entry Pass, please contact the Shanghai Disney Resort Reservation Center at 400-180-0000. Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian’s permission to call.
