请注意，根据沪运管出（2016）87号文件的相关规定，出租汽车驾驶员除在上海国际旅游度假区相关的宾馆、酒店等院内出租车上下客的区域通道外，也可前往“西公交枢纽”的指定地点上下客。出租车不可在迪士尼小型车及旅游客车停车场上下客。

如需购买迪士尼尊享卡，请在购买乐园门票后通过以下度假区官方直营渠道购买。迪士尼尊享卡的相关产品和服务仅在以下四个官方渠道有售：

由于客流高峰，周末及节假日期间，上海迪士尼度假区的各停车场可能接近或达到最大承载量。我们建议在周末及节假日期间造访上海迪士尼乐园及迪士尼小镇的游客选择地铁、出租车或其他公共交通工具出行。

Shanghai Disney Resort provides numerous accommodations for Guests with disabilities.
Disability Access Service Card
The Disability Access Service is designed for guests with a valid disability certificate or proof of disability who are unable to tolerate extended waits at attractions due to their disabilities. This service allows guests with disabilities to schedule a return time that is comparable to the current queue wait time for the attraction. The service does not provide immediate or priority attraction access.
To provide better services to guests with disabilities, starting from September 1st, 2021, a Disability Access Service Card can be requested by guests with a valid disability certificate or proof of disability (for Mainland China guests, please provide a valid disability certificate of the People's Republic of China issued by the China Disabled Persons' Federation; for other guests, please provide an official disability certificate issued by a relevant government authority) at Guest Services by the Shanghai Disneyland Main Entrance. Guests can download an Application for the Disability Access Service here for more information about the service’s terms and conditions. Guests can complete the application before their visit to Shanghai Disneyland. Once the guest has entered Shanghai Disneyland they can visit the Guest Services Center at the Main Entrance and present the completed form as well as their valid disability certificate or proof of disability to apply for a Disability Access Service Card.
