Many restaurants at Shanghai Disney Resort offer culinary options for Guests with food allergies or dietary requirements.
Chefs can often substitute different ingredients and offer other food options for your dining experience. If you have dietary requirements, eating at Shanghai Disney Resort restaurants can still be a delectable affair.
Several Shanghai Disney Resort restaurants can accommodate the following common food allergies:
Most restaurants already offer no-sugar-added, low-fat, low-sodium, vegetarian and some gluten free options. Advance arrangements are not necessary for Guests with lifestyle dietary requests. Guests can discuss any dietary requests with their server upon arrival.
Guests can make general dietary inquiries by contacting Main Entrance Guest Services and also at all Resort hotel restaurants. Please contact the restaurant manager and sous chef to do so, preferably 24 hours in advance.
Metabolic Disorders and Multiple Allergies
Guests associated with the list below should make dietary requests 48 hours in advance:
Our restaurants will do their best to accommodate Guest dietary requirements, but cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet all requests.
Shanghai Disney Resort restaurants will use reasonable efforts to prevent the introduction of the allergen of concern into the food through close attention during our sourcing, preparation and handling processes. However, Shanghai Disney Resort cannot guarantee that allergens may not have been introduced during another stage of the food chain process or, even inadvertently, during preparation. We do not have separate kitchens to prepare allergen-free items or separate dining areas for Guests with allergies or intolerances.
Ultimately, it is up to the Guest to use his or her individual discretion to make an informed choice regarding whether to order any particular items.
Select restaurants at the theme park and Resort hotels will try accommodating dietary requests.
