请注意，根据沪运管出（2016）87号文件的相关规定，出租汽车驾驶员除在上海国际旅游度假区相关的宾馆、酒店等院内出租车上下客的区域通道外，也可前往“西公交枢纽”的指定地点上下客。出租车不可在迪士尼小型车及旅游客车停车场上下客。

由于客流高峰，周末及节假日期间，上海迪士尼度假区的各停车场可能接近或达到最大承载量。我们建议在周末及节假日期间造访上海迪士尼乐园及迪士尼小镇的游客选择地铁、出租车或其他公共交通工具出行。
Getting to Shanghai Disney Resort by Car or Coach
Drive to Shanghai Disney Resort and park all day at select lots within a convenient shuttle ride or short walk to the theme park, Disneytown and the Resort hotels.
Arriving On Wheels
Guests can drive into the resort through West Entry (Resort Elevated Highway), East Entry (Yangguang Avenue) and South Entry (Starry Avenue). Follow the traffic directory signage to an appropriate parking lot. The Disney Car & Coach Park is 5-10 minutes’ walk to Disneyland. It is located beside West Entry to Disney Resort and available for pay via exit. Please visit Parking for more information.
Guests with Disabilities
For Guests with disabilities, a limited number of accessible parking spaces are also available at the Disney Car & Coach Park.
Hybrid and Electric Vehicles
To accommodate our Guests with hybrid and electric vehicles, Shanghai Disney Resort offers a limited number of electric vehicle charging spaces.
Please note that according to the relevant provisions of Shanghai Transportation Management No. 87 [2016], taxi drivers, in addition to the designated pick-up and drop-off areas within hotels and other premises in the Shanghai International Resort, are also allowed to pick up and drop off passengers at the “West Public Transportation Hub”. Taxis are not allowed to enter Disney Car and Coach Park for drop-off and pick-up service.
Disney Resort Hotel Guests
Complimentary parking is offered in hotel parking lots for all Guests staying at Shanghai Disney Resort hotels.
