Disney Premier Access Terms and Conditions

Disney Premier Access Purchase Rule:

• Disney Premier Access is not valid for admission to Shanghai Disneyland.
• Guests must possess valid park admission credentials for certain visitation day (purchased tickets, or successfully registered General Admission Tickets or Annual Passes) before purchasing Disney Premier Access for the same visitation day.
• The validity calendar will show 7 valid dates for this product and is updated on daily basis.
• The price of Disney Premier Access varies by visiting date, attractions, entertainment shows, and the date of purchase. Guests may purchase Disney Premier Access at the current price published on the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App, subject to availability. The set price of Disney Premier Access does not vary if any of the attractions and/or entertainment experiences are temporarily suspended or closed. Please verify the attractions and entertainment experiences listed on the Disney Premier Access set details screen, as well as the attraction real-time status and entertainment show times published on the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App. If any of the attraction options from Disney Premier Access bundle close due to scheduled maintenance, temporary contingency maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to offer alternative attractions for guests who have purchased this product.
• Each Disney Premier Access is limited to one guest for one time, and can only be used by the guest whose Annual Pass or ticket is linked with the product. All guests aged 3 years old or above and with a height of 1.0 meter and above on the day of their visit should make this purchase. If the Disney Premier Access user does not match the visual identity of the park ticket or Annual Pass holder, the Disney Premier Access will not be accepted. Please select the correct ticket or Annual Pass holder when purchasing.
• Each guest is required to purchase or possess park tickets and present the original physical copy of ID document (Mainland China guests are required to bring your PRC Resident ID Card. Hong Kong China and Macao China guests are required to bring a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents. Taiwan China guests are required to bring a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents. Other guests are required to bring a valid foreign passport or PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card) in order to enter the park. Guests who reserve a single ticket or a number of park tickets are required to enter the park with the rest of the ticket holders booked under their government ID. Guests with disabilities will be required to provide their valid government ID (Mainland China guests are required to bring your PRC Resident ID Card. Hong Kong China and Macao China guests are required to bring a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents. Taiwan China guests are required to bring a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents. Other guests are required to bring a valid foreign passport or PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID) and the original valid certificate or proof of disability, and then pass the “ID Query” page of “China Disabled Person’s Federation” WeChat Official Account to verify their disability certificate when entering the park. Guests who fail to present valid disability certificates and/or who cannot secure digital verification of their disability certificates may need to pay the difference of Standard ticket price to enter the park.
• Guests must be 18 years of age or older to purchase Disney Premier Access. At least one guest per group must be 16 years or older. Guests under the age of 7 must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 or older to experience attractions.
• Guests are required to provide their full name, valid ID information and mobile phone number when booking. Full payment must be made at the time of booking:
  - Each valid park admission credential can only be used to purchase five sets of Disney Premier Access prior to any selected visitation day.
• Please be noted that every guest should enter the park before purchasing Disney Premier Access Carefree Sets, Inspiration Sets, Adventure Sets, Entertainment experiences and Single experiences on Shanghai Disney Resort Official App.
• Guests are required to comply with the height restrictions for the attractions and the safety rules for the attractions and entertainment experiences.
• Disney Premier Access is non-transferrable, not for resale and is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
• This product in total can be replaced twice with newly dated Disney Premier Access of equal value, replacement eligibility is subject to availability. Date changes must occur, at the latest, 48 hours prior to 00:00 am on the date of the entitlement(e.g. If you have bought a ticket for January 4, you will have until midnight on January 1st to change the visit date.). Please make sure that the date change of your park ticket (or Annual Pass and General Admission Ticket registration) echoes with rescheduling of this product. Registrations of General Admission Tickets and Annual Passes should be rescheduled first before you change the date of your Disney Premier Access. Guest who has placed orders through other channels excluding Shanghai Disney Resort APP, Shanghai Disney Resort WeChat Mini Program and Shanghai Disney Resort Official Website need to reschedule the park ticket on the original purchase channel successfully and then make the date change of Disney Premier Access on Shanghai Disney Resort Official App or Shanghai Disney Resort WeChat Mini Program. Without permission, this product can NOT be refunded if the rescheduled park admission ticket or Annual Pass date is not consistent with the rescheduled date of this product(unless otherwise required by law).
• We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by an App error that is not attributable to our fault, or unauthorized duplication or sale of this product.
• In consideration of capacity, extreme weather including but not limited to typhoon (when a blue alert for typhoon or above is issued by Shanghai Meteorological Centre or Pudong Meteorological Station), high temperature (when an orange alert for high temperature or above is issued by Shanghai Meteorological Centre or Pudong Meteorological Station), air pollution (when a blue alert for heavy air pollution or above is issued by Shanghai Meteorological Centre or Pudong Meteorological Station or when Air Quality Index published by Shanghai Environmental Monitoring Centre or Shanghai Meteorological Centre exceeds 300), special events, safety or order in the Park, or if the circumstances so require,
  - We may from time to time, change the operating hours of the Park or any Park attraction (including but not limited to temporary close of outdoor attractions, and removal of the firework effects in ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration), close the Park or any part of it to the general public temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program.
  - We reserve the right to deny admission to any person, or to require a person already admitted to leave the Park.
• In instances of inclement weather, Disney Premier Access may still be available. We encourage our guests to dress accordingly. Guests are responsible for the security and protection of their personal belongings at all times. Admission to Shanghai Disneyland is subject to the Park Rules and Regulations as posted on our website (/rules).
• These terms and conditions are subject to change. If there are mandatory requirements stated in the laws otherwise, then related ordinances will be followed.
• For the purposes of these terms and conditions, 'we' means either or both “Shanghai International Theme Park Company Limited” and “Shanghai International Theme Park and Resort Management Company Limited”.

Disney Premier Access Redemption:

• If the quantity of your Disney Premier Access purchased prior to the visitation day is less than the tickets quantity in your order, the Disney Premier Access must be activated by logging in the purchaser’s account on Shanghai Disney Resort Official App before actual usage. Please make sure the person placing the order and the confirmed Disney Premier Access users have all entered the park before activation. Disney Premier Access can be directly used after park entry when the quantity of the purchased Disney Premier Access prior to the visitation day equals the ticket quantity in your order.
• Premier Admission Benefit in Disney Premier Access Deluxe Set: Guests with a valid park admission who have purchased Disney Premier Access Deluxe Set can enter Shanghai Disneyland up to one hour prior to the published park opening time through Disneytown entrance. Daily opening time may be adjusted. Please check the Park Hours in advance on the Shanghai Disney Resort official website or App. Before entering Shanghai Disneyland, the purchaser should sign into Shanghai Disney Resort Official App, click “Plans” and find the “Premier Admission QR Code”and present to the Cast Member at the Disneytown entrance to redeem their “Premier Admission” Benefit. Screenshots or other images showing the “Services Premier Admission QR Code” will not be accepted. Premier Admission Benefit will not be available for Guests who have purchased Disney Premier Access Deluxe Set after entering the park.
• Disney Premier Access Carefree Sets, Inspiration Sets, Adventure Sets, Entertainment experiences and Single experiences DONOT offer Premier Admission Benefit. Guest possessing valid park admission credentials should enter the park through Shanghai Disney Park Main Entrance.
• Please enter from the Disney Premier Access Entrance at the attraction or enter the entertainment reserved viewing area marked on Shanghai Disney Resort Official App anytime during the Validity Period (subject to operations). “Validity Period” is the period between the designated starting time and the closing time of the selected attractions or the return window of the selected entertainment show on the designated date of visit. Please have the Disney Premier Access QR Code open in the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App or present the QR Code on the park ticket or Annual Pass to scan using the redemption device. Once scanned, the Cast Member will validate the photo associated with the park ticket or Annual Pass and ensure it matches the person possessing the Disney Premier Access. If the Disney Premier Access user does not match the visual identity of the park ticket or Annual Pass holder, the Disney Premier Access will not be accepted. Please select the correct ticket or Annual Pass holder when purchasing.
• Disney Premier Access can only be used once during the Validity Period at the selected attraction or entertainment venue. It is shown in digital form only and is associated with the park ticket or Annual Pass used to purchase it. It is void if altered.
• Please be noted that every guest should enter the park before using priority access benefit to attractions or entertainment reserved viewing areas included in Disney Premier Access.
